K-Tuned 90mm Billet Throttle Body - K-series

The K-Tuned 90mm Throttle Body uses the popular bolt pattern from the 86-93 Ford Mustang 5.0L. This allows their throttle body to bolt up perfectly to some of the bigger aftermarket race style intake manifold options. The 90mm K-Series TPS and comes standard with a 4" barb inlet. As with their previous designs, the throttle spring tension can be adjusted to suit the driver. K-Tuned also has Vanjen (Wiggins Style) inlets available separately in 2 additional sizes.

The base of the throttle body and the inlet are o-ring sealed so there is no need for additional gaskets. The throttle cable connection is easy, using the adjustable row rotor with a lower profile, stainless throttle cable bracket. All K-Tuned Throttle Bodies are constructed with 6061-T6 billet aluminum with a brass throttle blade and a stainless steel throttle shaft. Shaft seals are leak tested to 90psi.
