Skunk2 Pro-S II Drag Spec Springs
The Skunk2 “Drag Spec” Race Spring is a 7.00” long / 2.50” ID / 1000 lb/in racing spring that can be used on any Skunk2 Pro-ST, Pro-C, Pro-S II or similar coilovers. Skunk2 first introduced the use of the 1000 lb/in spring in the rear of FWD drag cars back in 90’s as a cost-effective way to lower 60’ times by reducing the rearward weight transfer that unloads the front. It’s the same spring as we’ve always had but instead of red, it’s sporting a shiny dark silver powder coat with red Skunk2 lettering.
All Skunk2 Race Springs are CNC-wound using the finest SAE 9254V spring steel, shot-peen stress relieved, corrosion-protected with a phosphate coating, and finally gloss powder coated.
Most commonly used on Honda EF/DA/EG/DC3/EK/EP/DC5 Chassis.
